• Send us the name of this item via Facebook private message and the desired name and date to be printed on the mug.
• Choose Side A or Side B for the name/s or date.
• Dates and names will be printed as how you provided the information, e.g.:

• Dates will be abbreviated due to space constraints, e.g. December will be abbreviated to Dec..
• Text placement/format will be similar to how it's seen on the mock-ups.
• The quote, write-up or dedication will be printed as how you provided the information but, it will be adjusted to fit the space.
• Grammar, punctuation, small letters, capital letters, etc. will not be checked for correctness.
• If everything is in capital letters or small letters, it will be applied as how you provided it.
• We will create a shop link with the personalized item including the mock-up so that you will see how the product looks like before purchasing it. We will send you the link once it’s ready and it will only be visible to you. The page will be archived/deleted after a week or when you have received the item, whichever is earlier. The page will also be archived/deleted if no order was placed after 3 days. IMPORTANT: Use that link/page to add the item to your cart and not here, otherwise, you will be getting the sample design.
